FSR Analyst Locations: Multiple Locations

Job Description

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide desk-side training to analysts.
• Train analysts/operators in a classroom setting.
• Staff the Help Desk: respond to user requests and work with the Palantir engineering team to troubleshoot issues.
• Provide feedback to the Palantir engineering team about product.

What We Value:

• Experience fusing intelligence capabilities in support of operations.
• Technical background with working knowledge of HTML, Ruby, Python and/or Java, as well hardware, networks, and server administration.
• Additional experience with Palantir Gaia and Palantir Foundry a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.
• Ability to travel domestically 25-50% of the time if needed (potential for CONUS and/or OCONUS).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong knowledge of Excel.
• Military/Special Operation/Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
