Airport Operations Agent (DL) - SANJob Title: Airport Operations Agent (DL) - SANDate: Monday, June 15, 2026Entity: Unifi Aviation, LLCState: CaliforniaCity: San DiegoBase Pay Rate: $18.50Full/Part Time: Full TimeExempt or Non-Exempt: Non-ExemptShift: A.M. shift, P.M. shiftBenefitsFlight Benefits – exclusive travel privileges for yourself and your family with Delta AirlinesCompetitive pay with daily access to earned wagesPaid holidays and paid time offComprehensive Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance401k company match upon eligibilityExclusive discounts and additional wellness programsResponsibilities for Operations AgentReads and analyzes flight, fuel, and payload distribution records of the number of passengers, pieces of luggage, and amount of freight and fuel to determine the weight and balance of the aircraft.Receives and communicates information to and from pilots, ground crew, flight dispatchers, and fuelers in an accurate, professional, and timely manner.Completes paperwork, daily logs and forms pertaining to procedures of flight departures/arrivals, statistical reports on each flight and enters the information into the computer system.Notifies ground crew when flights are in range of arrival to allow time to prepare for flight arrival and irregular operations as required.Prepares dispatch release forms and collects weather reports.Arranges fueling for the aircraft as needed.Maintains all FAA required files for compliance auditing.Advises Ramp Agents on the distribution of the flight load.Qualifications for Operations AgentAble to work in extreme conditions, such as hot and cold weather, as well as small spacesEligible to receive appropriate security clearances after satisfactory completion of a criminal background check.Familiarity with basic computer programs to assist with record-keeping and baggage routingPossess a valid driver's license with a good driving record.Flexible schedule allowing work during nights, weekends, and holidays.
