Job Description

Napa County's Public Works Department is currently establishing an eligible list to fill one Full-Time vacancy. The eligible list established from this recruitment may be used to fill current and future full-time, part-time, limited term, and extra help positions as they occur within the County over the next 12 months.

The Supervising Staff Services Analyst is responsible for assigning, supervising staff, the review of complex and difficult projects, staff services functions in such areas as general administration, budget, fiscal, legislative, personnel, staff development, and data processing systems analysis.
The Recruitment Process

1. Applications are due by 5:00 P.M. on Monday, May 4, 2020.

2.  Applications will be screened for minimum qualifications and applicants who meet the minimum qualifications will have their supplemental responses scored by subject matter experts the week of May 4, 2020. The most qualified applicants from the scoring of the supplemental questions will be invited for an Oral Panel Interview.

3. Oral Panel Interviews are tentatively scheduled to take place the week on May 18, 2020. Only the most qualified candidates from the interview process will be placed on the eligibility list and may be considered to fill positions for up to one year.
