Duties

You will supervise a workforce consisting of personnel performing duties of supervisory air traffic control (ATC) specialists, air traffic control training specialists, electronic technicians, and maintenance technicians.

You will plan and direct ATC operations, establishing job requirements and long-range work plans to include budgets.

You will serve as a member of the aviation safety committee and aviation standards committee.

You will ensure the facilities are staffed with a sufficient number of qualified personnel.
