Summary

Partnering with the CEO and executive team, the full-time Head of Strategic Initiatives will identify and build new sources of enterprise value by developing market strategies, executing commercial models, and establishing go-to-market motions in a remote environment.Key responsibilitiesOwn strategic initiatives from thesis through commercialization, including business case and execution planIdentify and develop new markets, customer segments, and business models for competitive advantageBuild repeatable playbooks around successful initiatives and transition proven motions into core teams for scaleRequired qualificationsProven senior leadership experience in strategy, business development, or enterprise technologyTrack record of transforming ambiguous opportunities into executable strategies and measurable outcomesStrong commercial instincts with experience in developing new markets and complex enterprise opportunitiesAbility to influence and execute across functions without relying on direct organizational authorityExperience in regulated markets such as government, telecommunications, or utilities is a plus
