This is a full-time, on-site role perfect for someone who's organized, loves talking to people, and can keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll be the go-to person for scheduling techs, answering customer calls, and making sure the day flows like clockwork.A little about the job:Coordinate and schedule our plumbing & HVAC techniciansDispatch jobs quickly and efficientlyChat with customers and keep them updatedHelp with record-keeping and parts/equipment needsWork closely with our awesome service team to keep everyone on trackWe'd love to find someone who:Stays cool under pressure and loves multitaskingHas great communication and people skillsKnows their way around scheduling software (ServiceTitan or FieldEdge is a bonus!)Has some basic knowledge of HVAC & plumbing (not required but super helpful)Brings a positive attitude every dayLocation: Nashville, TNHours: Full-time, on-site if you're looking to join a fun, fast-paced team where every day is a little different we'd love to hear from you!
