Summary
Instructional Systems Designer (ISD)Bogart Associates is looking for an Instructional Systems Designer (ISD) to work in Springfield, VA. The candidate will work alongside subject matter experts, scientists, and clients to create learning solutions using instructional systems design strategies, methodologies, multimedia principles, instructional technology tools, adult learning principles, and cognitive science theory to advance the mission. The candidate will design and develop synchronous and asynchronous material and must have experience with the ADDIE model as well as eLearning environments. Possible opportunity for a hybrid schedule. General Responsibilities:Managing the design, development, and implementation of learning solutions Intelligence Community agenciesWork with virtual learning environments and facilitating live virtual eventsDeliver or facilitate in-person trainingPossesses understanding of adult learning theories (e.g., cognitive, experiential, constructivism), human factors, and instructional design)Support new eLearning of existing learning presentations into formats suitable for online deliveryPossesses strong communications skills and extremely organized, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing schedules and effectively managing expectations across stakeholder groupsProficient in MS Office, Articulate, and Adobe Suites of tools, and experience with Learning Content Management Systems (e.g., Blackboard)Standard Requirements:TS/SCI with a poly or ability to obtain a polyBachelor's degree in Adult Education, Organizational Development, Instructional Technology, or related field3+ years of experience in design, development, and implementation of learning solutionsExperience with the ADDIE modelExperience with eLearning environmentsBogart Associates is an equal opportunity and E-Verify employer.
