Job DescriptionSummary:
The purpose of this position is to manage the work of subordinate staff in the Roadway Systems group. This is accomplished by establishing and developing protocols, developing, and guiding staff, supervising projects and assessing staff performance. Other duties include completing related projects as assigned.
Starting Rate: Minimum: $85,632/annually - Midpoint: $112,674/annually
Retention Bonus: $1,500

Responsibilities:
- Supervises work and projects by scheduling and assigning tasks, monitoring performance and progress, ensuring availability of necessary tools, inspecting work, compiling data and maintaining reports of time, productivity and costs.
- Inspects the installation and maintenance of roadway system equipment by reviewing installs, updating software, monitoring cabling and wiring, troubleshooting equipment, and ensuring the maintenance of gate controllers and the data network.
- Supervises the design and configuration of roadway system equipment by reviewing and monitoring the design, building and configuration of equipment, and the retrofitting of obsolete equipment and software.
- Develops, coaches and mentors assigned staff, maintains attendance records and prepares performance evaluations for all direct reports.
- Directs the day-to-day operations of all assigned staff providing assistance when needed, coaching when required and other supervisory duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum:
- 5-7 years’ experience, with 2+ years in a supervisory or lead role
- Associate’s degree or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
