Summary

To support an Army client within the Asset Management Division, the full-time Real Property SME with Clearance will manage real property data quality, capital asset visibility, and stakeholder reporting while providing training and guidance to improve business processes and workflows.Key responsibilitiesMaintain and validate real property inventory using Army real property systems and ensure compliance with reporting cyclesFacilitate training for stakeholders and translate asset management policy into operational practicesLead data analysis for construction-related submissions and support the development of dashboards for project tracking and complianceRequired qualificationsB.S. degree in a relevant field such as civil engineering, construction management, or data analytics preferred12+ years of experience in project controls, real property, or construction programsWorking knowledge of Army real property systems and lifecycle business policiesExperience with large capital programs, including data validation and reportingActive DoD/DoW Secret clearance required
