Responsibilities

  • Answer and triage 911 and security-related emergency calls from commercial and enterprise customers
  • Collect critical incident details and assess priority using established protocols and scripts
  • Dispatch police, fire, medical, and security resources via CAD and radio systems
  • Monitor electronic security, intrusion, and life safety alarms and initiate appropriate response
  • Maintain accurate, real-time records of calls, actions, and incident outcomes in dispatch systems
  • Coordinate with internal security specialists and field technicians to support incident resolution
  • Follow company and local public safety procedures, ensuring compliance and documentation standards
  • Communicate calmly and professionally with callers in high-stress, time-sensitive situations
  • Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and cross-functional partners to improve processes
  • Participate in ongoing training on new technologies, systems, and emergency response best practices
