Summary
Master SchedulerPosition title: Master Scheduler Location: Virginia Beach, VA Clearance required: SECRET Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Attend regularly scheduled meetings with NSWC Executive leadership, NSWG-8 leadership, SOCOM Leadership, and Staff.Build, document, and maintain a POA&M and IMS for the Transition Planning Team (TPT).Utilizing the POA&M, generate a discrete task list.Work directly with TPT scribe to update and maintain the POA&M and task list.Critical Path & Dependency Tracking: Identify, analyze, and report on the critical path and cross-organizational dependencies.Schedule Risk & Issue Management: Actively flag schedule conflicts, resource constraints, or delays to the TPT leadership and propose mitigation strategies or schedule workarounds.Baseline Management: Establish the initial TPT schedule baseline and manage formal changes to the POA&M as the transition scope evolves.QualificationsSOCOM and NSW Experience, preferably in policy, procedures, and organizational structure.Proficiency in Integrated Master Scheduling and Task List Creation.Proficiency in Microsoft Project (or similar application).SOCOM NIPR and SIPR accounts and system accesses.Active SECRET Security Clearance.Ability to attend SECRET VTCs.Critical Path Method (CPM) & Schedule Risk Analysis.Preferred Qualifications:Executive Communication & Briefing Skills.Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management.Familiarity with DoD Collaboration Tools.group id: 10474224
