Summary

Supporting provider network enablement for a new program in partnership with Leidos, the short-term Provider Success Contractor will manage provider onboarding, coordinate communications and support, resolve issues, and administer payments, all while working remotely on a contract basis.Key responsibilitiesCoordinate day-to-day operations with the Leidos Provider Relations team, preparing materials for meetings and tracking commitmentsManage the provider onboarding pipeline for over 900 providers, including application tracking, data auditing, and training coordinationDevelop and improve self-serve resources for providers, serving as the first-line support for inquiries and escalationsRequired qualifications4+ years of experience in healthcare, government contracting, or complex multi-stakeholder operations environmentsDemonstrated ability to manage work across multiple unintegrated platforms and databasesExceptional written and verbal communication skills, especially in high-friction environmentsComfort operating in ambiguity and making decisions with incomplete informationExperience with provider onboarding, credentialing, or network operations is preferred
