Summary

Supervisory Administrative Officer

Include but not limited to:

  • Develops, plans, issues, and implements procedures to comply with directives concerning administrative matters.
  • Analyzes, evaluates problems, makes recommendations, devises solutions to systems administration, training management, publication management, and data management.
  • Consults with respective staff and/or personnel on progress in taking corrective action.
  • Provides full staff assistance on administrative matters.
  • Conduct analytical studies on operational processes, issue topics, or related special projects.
  • Serves as the principal advisor to personnel on administrative management program issues.
  • Participate in the planning for budgeting needs and financial management.
  • Sets standards for and evaluates subordinates, and advises, counsels or instructs individual employees on both work and administrative matters.
  • Serves as the lead for all lease modifications and supplemental agreements.
  • Communicating with all stakeholders and acts as the leadership point of contact.

Please note: A one year supervisory probation period may be required for this position.
