Summary
The Traveling Superintendent will oversee and manage large-scale ground up industrial construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. The role requires frequent travel and close collaboration with project teams to deliver successful outcomes. Client Details A Top ENR Rated CG with offices in Marietta GA and Jacksonville FL, specializing in industrial construction. Description Manage on-site construction activities to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to maintain smooth operations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on all job sites. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Conduct quality inspections to ensure all work meets specifications and requirements. Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during construction. Maintain accurate project documentation and records. Work closely with project managers to achieve successful project completion.
