As an Armed Patrol Officer supporting a dynamic aero and defense location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and respond professionally to situations as they arise. You will provide outstanding customer service and clear communication while representing Allied Universal's agile, reliable, innovative, and people-first culture with integrity and teamwork.Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $26.31 / Hour Job Schedule: Day Time Sat 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM Sun 04:00 PM - 12:00 AM What You'll Do:Provide customer service to employees, members, visitors, and guests by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense-related location.Perform armed patrol duties in accordance with applicable laws, licensing requirements, site procedures, and Allied Universal policies.Conduct regular and random patrols of interior and exterior areas, entry points, parking areas, and perimeter boundaries to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.Monitor access points, verify authorization for entry, and document visitor, vehicle, and incident information in accordance with site-specific procedures.Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site contacts and emergency responders as needed.Minimum Requirements:Possess an Armed Guard Card or License.Be comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred.Have customer service experience preferred.Possess Pepper Spray Certification preferred.Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Participate in industry-specific security training programs.Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us:Smart Tools: Access to our exclusive technology to view and claim additional shifts to earn more.Career Growth: Get paid training and access to career growth opportunities.Financial Benefits: Participate in our retirement savings plan to invest in your future.Exclusive Perks: Enjoy discounts on top brands and services through our Perks Program.Allied Universal® is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
