Summary
Seeking a highly motivated Information System Security Engineer to work remotely, this full-time position will manage security impact assessments, provide technical recommendations for cybersecurity solutions, and participate in collaborative working groups for a USCG project.Key responsibilities:Perform security impact assessments on new and ongoing IA projects to identify potential impacts on existing security controlsProvide technical input and assistance in implementing cybersecurity approaches that align with DoD/DoW & USCG regulationsParticipate in CONOP working groups to ensure security considerations are integrated throughout project design and development phasesRequired qualifications:Minimum of 8-10 years of direct experience in DoW cybersecurity or a related fieldNetwork or enterprise architecture background with hands-on experience in secure architecture and integrating security toolsBachelor's degree in a relevant fieldUS citizenship with Public Trust clearance
