As an Elite Security Officer, you are the first impression of our company and play a critical role in protecting our clients, guests, employees, and property.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional security presence.
- Conducting bag inspections and security screening.
- Monitoring entrances, exits, and assigned areas.
- Patrolling the venue to identify safety and security concerns.
- Responding quickly and professionally to incidents and emergencies.
- Preparing accurate incident and activity reports.
- Enforcing client policies and maintaining order.
- Working closely with venue management, law enforcement, and emergency personnel when necessary.
- Representing Elite Security & Staffing with professionalism at all times.
- Active Tennessee Security Guard License.
- Dallas Law Certification.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass all pre-employment requirements.
- Professional appearance with no visible tattoos on the face, neck, or hands.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Can stand and walk for extended periods.
- Stay calm under pressure and make sound decisions.
- Enjoy working with the public while maintaining a security mindset.
- Part-Time.
- Morning availability preferred.
- Flexible scheduling based on venue and event needs.
- Weekend and holiday availability may be required.
