Managing the procurement process, the full-time Sourcing Professional will oversee purchasing activities, coordinate with suppliers to meet production demands, and ensure compliance with regulations in a hybrid work environment.Key responsibilitiesInterface with production and suppliers to schedule the receipt of raw materials and minimize potential line downsIssue purchase orders while adhering to company and government regulationsDevelop supplier relationships and monitor delivery and inventory metrics to ensure customer requirements are metRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree or high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in a Manufacturing or Materials capacityAbility to manage multiple tasks and establish effective work prioritiesKnowledge of ERP systems and/or SAP experienceCompletion of an APICS training course is preferred
