The Company is in search of a Deputy General Counsel to provide comprehensive legal leadership in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to executive leadership and business stakeholders, overseeing a wide range of legal matters including litigation, regulatory issues, compliance, and policy development. This senior legal role requires a practical, business-minded individual with the ability to assess risk, guide complex legal matters, and support the organization's broad legal and regulatory needs. The Deputy General Counsel will also be responsible for managing the legal function, including outside counsel, and ensuring that the legal team operates effectively to support the company's growth and evolving business priorities.Applicants for the Deputy General Counsel position at the company should have a Juris Doctor from an accredited law school, active membership in at least one U.S. state bar, and a minimum of 15 years of legal experience.
