You will learn many standard business practices and be exposed to the full cycle of business relations. From communicating with customers to scheduling routes for our drivers and outbound trucks going to end users, this experience with a family owned and operated company is truly one of a kind.ResponsibilitiesAnswer inbound callsSchedule and dispatch call-insCommunicate frequency and customer requestsPrint, schedule and complete routes in our systemReview driver's paperwork, communicate on DVIR, mediate route issues or customer problemsOrganize and schedule CD truck activityCoordinate outbound shipping scheduleWork with General Manager to continually improve routing/routes/frequency of pickupsCollaborate with the team on collection calls on accounts over 30 daysAssist with weekly inventory of materialsComplete new customer setup for new customers being added into our systemsManage all outbound and inbound loadsManage, schedule and enter all brokerage transactionsCapture, confirm and enter employee times for payrollReview route audit reports on all PRT routes dailyGather and distribute plant production reportsManage visitor and outside contractor check in and out; work performedAccurately entering materials and weights into the scale system computer, observing loads entering the facility and recording load grades as needed, calculating payments and enforcing safety rules and PPE requirements with the customerMaintain VCR/vehicle filesThis job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee.Qualifications / Knowledge / Critical SkillsStrong customer service skills are requiredAbility to multi-taskStrong computer skillsMust be a self-starterStrong level of accountabilityEssential to be detailed orientedUpbeat and energized to complete tasks with a positive attitudeMust work well under pressureEssential to learn and practice all safety procedures as safety is our highest valueBilingual a plusPaper Retriever of Texas is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
