HVAC Dispatcher The HVAC Dispatcher is responsible for coordinating service calls, scheduling technicians, and ensuring efficient routing to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction. This role is critical in maintaining communication between customers, technicians, and management.Schedule and dispatch HVAC technicians for service and maintenancePrioritize emergency and urgent service requestsMonitor technician routes and adjust schedules as neededCommunicate with customers regarding appointment times and updatesMaintain accurate records of service calls, customer interactions, and job statusWork closely with technicians to ensure job completion and efficiencyHandle inbound calls and provide excellent customer serviceAssist with administrative tasks as neededPrevious experience in dispatching, scheduling, or HVAC industry preferredStrong organizational and multitasking skillsExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with scheduling software and/or CRM systemsBasic knowledge of HVAC systems is a plusPay starting at $25/hr.
