With a focus on customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations, manage the workflow and productivity of road work. Consistently look for operational and process improvements. Communicate in a timely manner with customers and technicians. Ensure that repairs are quoted, completed, and followed up on in a timely manner. Fully utilize the dispatch software system. Retain the ability to work on multiple primary duties at any given time.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process all incoming customer calls for service
  • Open work orders upon receipt of each call
  • Dispatch road jobs efficiently
  • Maintain Crown E-Order Board and update service channel regularly as needed
  • Utilize the SoftBase dispatch system to its full capacity
  • Review all work order header information for accuracy
  • Assist technicians as needed
  • Print PM due reports, schedule PMs, and update PM module
  • Coordinate all field campaign completion
  • Manage all Lift Power vehicle PMs
  • Coordinate service with third party vendors
  • Assist in shop job coordination
  • Open and process POs and receipts for sublet, van maintenance, and shop supplies
  • Assist Senior Billing Coordinator with various tasks
  • Process service billing
  • Assist with Fleestats billing
  • Complete various tasks as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

Skills Required:

  • Strong written and verbal communications skills
  • Strong data entry abilities
  • Customer service experience with multiple phone lines/incoming calls
  • Organized and detail oriented
  • Strong decision-making skills
  • Ability to work on multiple tasks at one time
  • Administrative abilities (typing, filing, etc)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment; works well with others to serve external and internal customers
  • Safety oriented
  • Dispatch experience preferred
