Job Posting Hillsboro Aero Academy is looking for an outgoing, well-organized individual with excellent customer service skills to join the dispatch team at our Redmond campus. This position is primarily responsible for maintaining a safe and efficient flight environment for customers and employees from around the world. Please note: This is a non-certified dispatcher position, FAA certification is not required.Job Duties:Uphold standard operating procedures of HAA and regulations of FAAActively participate in HAA safety cultureMaintain aircraft schedule once posted by the Scheduling DepartmentAccurate aircraft maintenance data entry after each flightCommunicate directly with maintenance department for scheduled and unscheduled resource maintenanceInvoice customers and employees for services and materialsAviation radio and multi-line phoneAuditing flight logs for accurate billing and training recordsProjects as assigned by management teamDispatch office organization and upkeepQualifications/Licenses:Valid driver's license with good driving record preferredHigh School DiplomaRequired Skills/Experience:Excellent customer servicePositive attitudeFamiliarity with Microsoft Office SuiteProficient in multi-taskingTeam playerPreferred Skills/Experience:General aviation knowledgePrivate pilot licenseHillsboro Aero Academy is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
