Dispatcher

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Build and process Freight Bills
• Data entry
• Schedule Drivers
• Coordinate load
• Schedulel Appointments
• Data entry Audit Driver routing and trips
• Communicate with Maintenance shop and other terminals to maximise freight movement
• Coordinate load
• Answer calls support drivers
• Available to be on call when needed (on weekend monthly)

Requirements:
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to accurately read maps and calculate distances and related times
• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Able to learn multiple systems for monitoring and data entry as well as navigate web based programs
• Willing to work flexible hours

Desirable characteristics:
• Detail oriented
• A team player
• Willing to learn new things
