Responsibilities
- Conduct routine foot and vehicle patrols.
- Monitor and control access to the property.
- Observe and report suspicious activity.
- Respond to alarms and emergency situations.
- Complete detailed daily activity and incident reports.
- Enforce client policies and procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service to employees, vendors, and authorized visitors.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Maryland Security Guard Certification (or ability to obtain one).
- Strong communication and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work overnight shifts.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance.
- Previous security experience is preferred but not required.
