Service Dispatcher

Currently, we are seeking a Service Dispatcher to support our Laurel, Delaware location. We offer tremendous opportunity for growth, competitive compensation and benefits for individuals who want a career with a great company that maintains a family feel!

Main Duties:

• Schedule service repairs and dispatch field service technicians to customer locations for service based on location, skill level of the technicians, and facility response guidelines
• Schedule and dispatch planned maintenance and repairs to ensure timely completion
• Receive service requests from customers and coworkers
• Enter information into the computer
• Assist with paperwork and prepare reports
• May handle registering service vans, scheduling maintenance for the rental fleet, scheduling delivery trucks, and coordination of services with outside vendors

Requirements:

• Must possess unwavering customer service drive and focus
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be a team player
• Pleasant phone demeanor
• Stable work history

• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel
