B&N Traffic Group Lead Responsibilities:
  • Managing and overseeing our traffic projects
  • Serving as a go-to expert, providing technical guidance and support on traffic studies and design projects
  • Leading project teams, developing innovative design approaches, and ensuring seamless project and task management
  • Keeping a close eye on project finances, including invoicing, budget management, and financial reporting
  • Driving business growth by developing and executing marketing and client relations strategies for the traffic section
  • Nurturing the professional growth of staff through training, coaching, and mentorship
Skills & Qualifications:
  • A Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET-accredited civil engineering program.
  • 10 + years of experience in traffic engineering, prior experience on GDOT projects is required. Local government experience in Georgia is desirable.
  • Professional Engineer (PE) registration in the State of Georgia or eligibility for registration through reciprocity
  • Strong leadership skills with prior experience in staff management and project oversight
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, along with proficiency in MS Office Suite and Bluebeam/Adobe Pro
  • Self-motivated and adaptable, including the capability to learn virtual collaboration tools
