Summary

Job DescriptionInsight Global is seeking a high-performing, senior-level Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth across our federal health portfolio. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of Army customer base and most importantly, a robust, active network of industry and government contacts across a variety of DOD clients. This role requires a proven track record of identifying, qualifying, and capturing new business opportunities, as well as managing recompetes to fuel company growth.Key Responsibilities:Pipeline Development & Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive Army growth strategy, maintaining a 2-year strategic pipeline of opportunities.Relationship Management: Leverage an existing "rolodex" of relationships across Army customers to foster client connections, gain customer insights, and position the company as a preferred vendor.Teaming & Partnerships: Identify, negotiate with, and build partnerships with strategic teaming partners (primes and subs).Market Intelligence: Monitor federal procurement trends, modernization, and digital transformation.Executive Reporting: Brief executive leadership on pipeline health, pursuit status, and win strategies.We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
