Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through established site protocols when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout offices, common areas, parking locations, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or credential checks in accordance with site expectations, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to the appropriate contacts; Support day-to-day operations by completing incident reports, communicating clearly with staff and visitors, and following Allied Universal post orders and client-facing service standards
