Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and authorized personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with supervisors and/or public agency contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, and perimeter areas to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and movement throughout the location, verifying credentials, controlling access, and reporting policy violations and/or unusual behavior.; Support order at the location by following post orders, maintaining a visible presence, and assisting with security-related procedures during routine operations and elevated situations.
