Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at an aero and defense location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including making preliminary observations and documenting security-related concerns.; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor authorizations, and report discrepancies involving sensitive materials, equipment, or controlled areas.; Support Allied Universal protocols by communicating with site contacts and/or local responders when needed, while maintaining detailed incident and activity reports.
