Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Conduct routine unarmed patrols to deter security-related incidents and maintain a visible presence.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor access requirements, and support established protocols for restricted areas and sensitive operational spaces.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership as needed.; Assist with reporting, incident documentation, and shift pass-down communication while maintaining a professional presence in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
