    Change Practitioner Location: Washington, D.C. area (hybrid) Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a motivated Change Practitioner to support a federal client in assessing business needs, improving processes, and supporting organizational change in a secure environment. In this role, you will help analyze current-state operations, identify customer requirements, and define future-state solutions that align business processes with technology. You will support facilitation, training, communications, and change activities that help stakeholders adopt new processes and systems successfully. What You'll Do As a Change Practitioner, you will: * Analyze organizational processes, systems, business models, and technology integrations to identify improvement opportunities * Assess current-state operations and help define future-state business solutions * Gather, research, and synthesize information to support decision-making and change initiatives * Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to understand requirements, challenges, and operational needs * Support end-user training, job aids, and performance support materials to drive adoption * Develop and deliver change communications, including stakeholder messaging and adoption campaigns * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business needs with technology-enabled solutions * Maintain documentation supporting process analysis, requirements, and change management activities Schedule & Shift Details * Full-time (40 hours/week) * Hybrid support; must be local to the Washington, D.C. area and available for on-site support in Rosslyn, VA up to once per week Requirements * U.S. Citizenship required * Active Secret Clearance required * Minimum of 0-2 years experience with facilitation * Minimum of 0-2 years experience with application training and performance support * Minimum of 0-2 years experience with communications development and delivery * Experience gathering and documenting customer requirements * Familiarity with change management frameworks (e.g., Prosci, ADKAR) * Experience using tools such as PowerPoint, SharePoint, or collaboration platforms * Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable insights * Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Preferred Qualifications * Experience supporting organizational change management (OCM) initiatives within federal or regulated environments * Experience developing training materials, job aids, or performance support resources for end users * Experience creating and delivering stakeholder communications and adoption messaging * Exposure to system implementation or technology rollout projects * Experience facilitating stakeholder workshops or structured group sessions * Experience supporting stakeholder engagement and user adoption activities across cross-functional teams Why Join Blue Rose? * Support high-visibility federal transformation initiatives impacting mission-critical operations * Gain hands-on experience in organizational change, stakeholder engagement, and training delivery * Work closely with experienced OCM practitioners and program teams * Build a strong foundation in federal consulting and change management Apply Today Email: Website: www.bluerose-consulting.com/careers LinkedIn:
