Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to passengers, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a transportation location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to the appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public access areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify suspicious behavior and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorized entry when required, and report any access control issues, unattended items, and/or policy violations.; Support daily operations by communicating with site contacts and public-facing personnel, providing directions and assistance, and following post orders related to transportation and passenger service environments.
