Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by following site-specific procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response activities for a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support loss prevention efforts, observe suspicious behavior, and report policy violations or hazards; Assist with de-escalation during customer and/or employee concerns, provide directions and information, and support orderly operations during busy business periods
