Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor access points, observe visitor and staff movement, and report security-related concerns, hazards, and/or policy violations according to site guidelines.; Assist with routine public-facing interactions, directional support, and security-related communications with staff, visitors, patients, and/or emergency responders as needed.
