Dispatcher

Summary:

As a Dispatcher working in the HomeTown system, you will be responsible for taking calls and organizing the daily routes for sales and service technicians. The main duties center around achieving a fuel and time-efficient route.

Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Coordinate schedules and routes for drivers.

• Communicate effectively with customers and drivers.

• Ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation.

• Build strong relationships with customers and drivers.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in dispatching.

• Trades knowledge is a plus.

• Strong customer service and data entry skills.
