Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, visitors, donors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and document observations and actions in required reports.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including interior areas, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and help verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, and/or contractors while following site protocols for deliveries, restricted areas, and visitor processing.; Communicate with site contacts, supervisors, and/or local responders as needed regarding security-related concerns, policy violations, medical situations, and other service-related issues.
