Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public emergency services as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including common areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity and/or security-related concerns; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support site rules, report suspicious behavior, and assist with crowd flow during busy business hours and/or special events; Write clear reports on daily activities, incidents, and property-related issues, and share relevant updates with Allied Universal leadership and/or designated site representatives
