Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and/or members of the public by carrying out site-specific procedures and responding to questions, concerns, and requests in a professional manner; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and documenting security-related activity; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout assigned buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and help to enforce authorized entry procedures for a government location, verifying credentials and reporting suspicious or unauthorized access attempts; Complete detailed reports and communicate with Allied Universal leadership and/or local officials regarding incidents, observations, and follow-up actions related to daily operations
