Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government services location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and visitor activity while following post instructions for screening, badge verification, and contractor access support; Support the protection of public-facing utility operations by observing site activity, communicating clearly with employees and visitors, and escalating maintenance, hazard, and/or security-related issues as appropriate
