Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the shopping center, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points, observe activity across the location, and assist with directing foot traffic, vendor access, and after-hours entry in accordance with site policies; Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details to site leadership and Allied Universal management; Drive as part of the duties in a driving post to patrol the location
