Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities at a utilities location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns through appropriate channels; Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout buildings, operational areas, parking areas, and perimeter routes, helping to deter unauthorized access and suspicious activity; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or permissions, and support visitor and vehicle screening in accordance with site policies and post orders; Support emergency and weather-related response activities, assist with de-escalation when needed, and coordinate with site contacts, first responders, and/or local law enforcement as appropriate
