    Foreign Clearance Program (FCP) SME
    Location: Washington, DC
    Clearance: TS/SCI Preferred
    * Contingent on Contract Award Overview:
    STi is seeking an FCP SME to support the Department of the Air Force Foreign Clearance Program and APACS operations. Responsibilities:
    • Provide policy and operational support for foreign clearance activities
    • Support APACS administration, user support, and policy interpretation
    • Analyze international entry requirements and sovereignty issues
    • Maintain and update Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG) information
    • Support overseas clearance procedures and policy development
    • Coordinate with DISA, DoD stakeholders, and international partners Required Qualifications:
    • Demonstrated experience with: - Foreign Clearance Guide (FCG) - APACS - International travel clearance procedures - Sovereignty and overflight issues
    • Experience supporting DoD foreign travel programs
    • Strong analytical and policy interpretation skills Preferred Qualifications:
    • Experience supporting embassy operations or combatant commands
    • Prior Air Force or Joint Staff experience
