    Position Summary: Serves as senior technical leader and working project manager for AI initiatives within the Intelligence Community, combining deep technical expertise with project management skills to deliver mission-critical AI capabilities. Opportunity to work on real-world projects that directly impact warfighter capabilities and mission success. Key Responsibilities: • Lead end-to-end AI project delivery from concept to deployment
    • Serve as technical liaison between engineering teams and IC stakeholders
    • Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies
    • Provide technical oversight and architectural guidance for complex AI systems
    • Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate progress to leadership
    • Identify and mitigate technical and programmatic risks
    • Ensure AI solutions meet mission requirements and performance objectives
    • Drive innovation initiatives and emerging technology adoption
    • Coordinate with multiple agencies and contractor teams Qualifications: • 15+ years of AI/ML engineering experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
    • Active TS/SCI clearance with ability to obtain CI Polygraph required
    • Advanced degree in relevant technical field
    • Proven track record of delivering complex AI projects in government/IC environments
    • Strong project management skills with PMP certification preferred
    • Deep understanding of IC mission requirements and operational constraints
    • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities
    • AWS experience highly preferred but not required
    • Military experience strongly preferred Nice to Have • Space Force experience
    • Northern command experience
    • European Command experience
    • Africa Command experience
