    Summary


    Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and store personnel by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related support, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and other critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor for suspicious behavior, policy violations, and/or unattended items, and report concerns to site management while following Allied Universal protocols; Support asset protection and loss prevention efforts by observing high-traffic areas, assisting with crowd and line management, and reporting theft-related or disorderly activity
