    Summary


    Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including hallways, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter grounds, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity, assist with directions and general assistance, and report maintenance, behavioral, and/or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.; Support hospital operations during high-traffic periods, after-hours activity, and emergency situations by following post orders, assisting with crowd management, and completing required reports.
