Summary
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the store, surrounding property, and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, parking areas, and high-traffic sections of the location, while communicating with site contacts and/or first responders when needed.
