    Summary


    Allied Universal - 5201 Ross Road - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including situations that may require an armed presence in accordance with post orders and Allied Universal protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter access points to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions.; Monitor access control points, verify credentials, and document security-related events, observations, and/or interactions involving employees, guests, deliveries, and vendors.; Support a professional environment by reporting hazards, policy concerns, and/or suspicious behavior, and by communicating clearly with site contacts, law enforcement, and Allied Universal leadership as needed.
